Any situation where something INCREDIBLE happens. Eg: Fighter Jets flying in formation really fast.

And you scramble to take the picture with a camera.

But you don't get the photo in time. Or the photo is too blurry to use.

When you buy a new camera and take pictures of everything in site. The so-called "everything in sight" is nothing but dumb shit.

Latest action movie craze meant make the viewer feel "in the moment".
Also attributed to big budgets spent on fancy props and trinkets none of which matter since you can't see a damn thing thats going on.

Quantum Of Solace is a good example of shaky camera syndrome.
