-scarcastialy meaning that:

a)you don't care what they said, aka "call the cops" because you don't give a damn

or

b) what they said was so friggin crazy that you are shocked!"call the cops because that's a stupid idea"

you: "Whoop-de-doo he asks everyone out, Call the Cops."

b) friend: "So last night I tryed yellow showers with Bobby"
