Brostablishment

Bromance writ large in work settings. The management culture of an organization as dominated by men, typically Caucasian, that work together to intentionally or unintentionally build and maintain a glass ceiling at the organization such that women cannot penetrate and advance in their career at the organization. While occasionally a female with tomboy-like or other bro-like qualities manages to break through this barrier, they are rarely in the top management or leadership positions.
"Hey Edna, don't bother applying for that management position because the brostablishment here will never let you in."
