While wildly inappropriate in behavior, dense quite often, and unable to have a serious conversation about relationships due to her quick whit and awkward joking style, you still want to kiss her face.

Could also be referred as girlboyfriend. Alternative use for 'Partner' in terms of more neutral names rather than just Boyfriend or Girlfriend. Mostly to be used by someone who is genderfluid, identifies with more than one gender, etc.
