Bowser Revolution

Communism. Straight up communism.

For context, in Mario Party 1-5, DS, 9, and 10, landing on a Bowser Space would yield one of several...less than admirable outcomes (stealing coins, stealing stars, forcing a rigged minigame, etc.), one of which is called Bowser Revolution.

When a Bowser Revolution event is pulled, the game takes every last coin from all players and divides them up equally between everyone, regardless if they had less or more coins prior to the event (hence the nickname).

Great for those lagging behind, infuriating for those with the coin lead.
Guy 1: *10 coins* Fucking Bowser...

Guy 2: *76 coins* Have fun~

*Bowser Revolution*

Guy 1: YAY COMMUNISM!!!

Guy 2: *one trip to eBay for a new controller*

Bowser Revolution

Term taken from the early "Mario Party" games on various Nintendo consoles. Upon a "Bowser Revolution", all players coins/money are pooled together and divided equally amongst all the players regardless of who had the most/least prior to the consolidation. Bowser revolutions are desirable to those who have less and less desirable to those who have more.
We pool our tips at our restaurant. This bowser revolution discourages our servers from improving their service.

Bowser's Red Revolution

A variation on Speed Uno (SpUno), Bowser's Red Revolution is similar to and named from the Bowser Revolution in the Mario Party games. In Speed Uno, when two red zeros are played consecutively, Bowser's Red Revolution takes effect. All players must immediately combine all of their cards and redistribute them evenly. BOWSER REVOLUTION!
Tim: "Want to play Speed Uno?"
John: "Are we including Bowser's Red Revolution?"
Tim: "That rule is for kids and failed adults who suck at SpUno"
John: "Uno teaches you Spanish"

church hurt

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
