The name of a huge convention hosted by Blizzard Entertainment which is a creator of the online game World of War(WoW), where a number of fans/geeks (mostly obssessed with the game) gathered.

Fan A: Blizzcon was AWESOME!
Fan B: Yeah totally.
Friend: What's Blizzcon?
Fan A and B: IT'S THE MOST IMPORTANT CONVENTION IN THE AZEROTH!

Nickname given to NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg following the city's non-response to Dec. 2010 blizzard. This is a play on the nickname Hizzoner usually bestowed on NYC mayors.

Somebody better tell Blizzoner more snow is on the way.

Randomly disconnected from the server, for no apparent reason. I.e. your connection to everything else on the 'net is fine, and it's probably Blizzard's ever-reliable servers that booted you out for jollies.
