A tween,teen,or sometimes fully grown adult (male or female) who is addicted to Justin Bieber. Feels Justin Biebs is their drug. Does not take lightly to people who have ANYTHING negative about Justin Bieber and will take you down should they feel nescessary.

bie-ber-li-cious (bee-ber-lish-uhs) adj.
An adjective used to describe an individual who resembles Justin Bieber, the famous (and annoying) twelve-year-oldish singer (who can't actually sing). Bieberlicious can be used as a way to compliment someone or make fun of someone in a sarcastic way.
