Biasexuality means you are bisexual but you don't want to have sex with your partner, that means you are also asexual so your sexuality is Biasexuality
He is biasexual because he doesn't want to have sex but wants a relationship with a boy/girl thus making his sexuality biasexuality

That’s not the official name but a BiAsexual is someone who feels romantic attraction to both genders but doesn’t feel sexual attraction to one or the other gender, or just doesn’t feel sexual attraction at all.
“Did you know that lilly is a biAsexual?”
