Founded in 1979, Belinda City is Ireland's largest city by both area (1,538 km²) and population (4.1 million as of the 2022 census) and is situated on the west coast in county Sligo. It boasts incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean and hosts 91 of Ireland's 100 tallest buildings. Due to its seaside location, it has a rich and deep culture of fishing, surfing, seafood, and swimming. Belinda is the first and only city in Ireland to have its own metro system which spans over 450 kilometers in length.
