Symptoms: Having friends one day then not having any the next day.

Likely also observed with random lisps which don’t match conventional lisp pattern. I.e. one would say schtay as opposed stay.
Not to be confused with Shamima Begum syndrome which involves fleeing to Syria then wanting to return without any remorse or sympathy.
