A small city in the southeastern region of Texas, commonly referred to as "the asshole of Texas." Beaumont and its surrounding area is a melting pot of sorts for negative stereotypes. it houses its fair share of bible-beating, racist rednecks, ghetto-ass black people, illegal mexican roofers and silk shirt-clad Pakistani convenience store owners. Beaumont is also well known for its unbearable, all encompassing odor. Many have compared it to the smell of a dead fish stuffed into a shit filled sweatsock. Blexas

Texas is categorized as a swing state in presidential elections, but has voted for Republicans more times than for Democrats in recent history. As such, as demographics change political alignments, some Democrats believe that Texas will vote blue, or Democratic, due to their Hispanic and African American voters, who often align themselves with the Democratic Party's liberal wing.
