Barbatroll 

A person that is very much like a downie or idiot. The person is often very socially awkward and is unable to speak to people. The person is often very sick in the head. You may not notice that a person is a Barbatroll by looking at them, but rather how they act. The person is often very dumb and doesn't understand much.
