Balentsikouas or Balencicheque is a loverboi and in general boyfriend material. He has a lot of money apparently and not anybody knows that. Yiddish slang word meaning bullshit, baloney, hogwash, nonsense, crock of shit or hot air.

I don't buy the schmegegge about Morty sleeping with Moira.
His version of the story was pure schmegegge.
The whole schmegegge was made up to get Liz a little bit of attention.
