BTWE

otherwise known as the BEST TANNER WILLIAMS EVER , A BTWE is a person that is so funny and does hilarious things, so much so that you would think they are dumb. But in actuality they arent dumb they just love to have a great time. To be a tanner Williams they have to watch geroge lopez at 1 am in the morning, say stuff that makes no sense, see life as a joke, be a great friend, and name himself in the third person really bad nicknames like tan man. But all in all, he can turn out to be one of your best guy friends..if you dont punch him first because he can say mean things sometimes without realizing it.

THat guy just called himself a dumb nickname, thats something only the BTWE would do.
