An acronym which stands for, Black But Bad At Basketball Syndrome. Describing an African American man who is unathletic in the sport of basketball, affecting 1/5 of all black men.

Person 1: "Damnnn, that boy is ass how the hell did he airball a layup to the defender?
Person 2: That's my dude Donovan, he's got BBBABS.
Person 1: He just got some dudes balls on his face while getting posterized oh lord.
