Originated in South Africa in 1958 when the former rogue state's secret police hired 300K non-human police officers to arrest humans who are opponents of their former regime. It was extremely notorious during early-mid 1969 to late-2019. Like Diarrhea Kidnapping, it was discovered by the US government.

Many notable public figure like Justin Bieber and Jake Paul have been targets of Diarrhea Arrest by non-human police officers.
