Arkansian refers to the poor uneducated portion of Arkansas' society.
An Arkansian is a drain on the economy. They take more than they give. They're immoral, frequently having relations to those related to them. Their IQ is frequently under 80, and the are often known to never travel further than 20 miles from the place they were born.

There are 105 counties in the state of Kansas. Wyandotte County is the crime capital of the state of Kansas. This term was coined by TKThaMusician (Formally T.K. AKA THE KID) when the original approved definition "Crimedotte County Afkansistan" was made some years ago.
Due to the extremely high crime rate TK grew up around, and hearing terms like "Chiraq", TK felt it was only proper to give Wyandotte County it's rightful term to describe its high murder, and other violent crime rate, per capita, as one half of the 2 violent counties that encompass Kansas City. The other being Jackson County, Kansas City, Missouri.

Utility beer
Utility beer is the beer you keep around for the day-to-day moments when beer is a necessity to assist in pedestrian activities (golf, plumbing, yardwork, babysitting, staff meetings, Zoom calls). For the beer snob it is the beer you save for neighbors when they drop in at 3 p.m. on a Tuesday. It is differentiated from the actual high-end beer you save for special events, holidays, and special tastings.

Police activity, especially of the non-productive type i.e. The act of setting up and patrolling speed traps, harassing or arresting people based on appearance (racial profiling), breaking up parties, any sort of cannabis bust, etc.
