An annoybor is someone who lives nextdoor (or close by) who annoys the HELL out of you and/or others. They’re nosey busybodies who complain, file lawsuits, or make your (and others’) lives generally miserable. It’s as if it’s their goal to be insufferable pricks.

Karen next door called the police on us for parking in front of her house — it’s a public street. She’s not a neighbor — she’s an annoybor!
