All In the Game

A phrase, coined by Omar in The Wire, which acknowledges that certain risks, challenges, or outcomes are inherent and unavoidable within a particular situation, profession, or lifestyle. The risks, rewards, and consequences are just a part of the situation you're in. It implies acceptance of the rules and consequences that come with the territory and can be used to shrug off setbacks or challenges as just part of the lifestyle.
