when you’re high and you’re trying to envision something in your head, but can’t so you combine perspective and visualize and create a new word.

a: how long is a kilometer?
b: like a little longer than a mile.
a: I hate that the word makes makes it sound smaller than it is, I can’t PERCEPTULIZE it in my head.
