autistic child who is also a drug addict (cocaine+heroin). he also suffers from frequent delusions which often lead to psychosis. the most common delusion is that of the impending lizard people invasion, aswell as the existance of 'bill cipher', a character from childrens Tv show 'Gravity falls'.
