A social media influencer or content creator who prioritizes viral metrics over actual theology. They use religious concepts, fear-mongering (like predicting the end times), or engagement traps (like flashing a Bible verse on screen for 0.1 seconds so viewers have to loop the video) specifically to manipulate the algorithm for views and followers. For an Algorithm Christian, the metric is the ministry.

Person 1: "Did you see that guy on TikTok claiming the world is ending next Tuesday if you don't share his video?"
Person 2: "Yeah, ignore him. He's just an Algorithm Christian trying to farm watch-time."

abandonware

n. software that is no longer sold or supported by the original publisher / developer, often found as free downloads on the internet because it cannot be obtained elsewhere. Not legal, but often seen as morally acceptable because the company that made it is no longer selling the title, nor releasing it as freeware, therefore abandonware is "keeping the game alive", so to speak.

Doom II is not abandonware because id still sells it, while The Incredible Machine is not sold, therefore is abandonware.
