Aftercringe

Considered a mild form of PTSD, aftercringe is the intense feeling of regret and embarrassment one feels in the aftermath of performing a cringe-worthy act (such as dancing with colleagues at a work function). The onset of aftercringe may occur at at time after the event, in some cases, this may be months or years.

Jethro was overwhelmed by the aftercringe resulting from performing the "lawnmower" with colleagues at the black-tie dinner.
