An Adlai moment is when an individual, or a group, have a genius thought that leaves others stunned. For most an Adlai moment is quite but for some they come naturally.

Robert: "haha that guy looks kind of like a character but I don't remember their name..."
Adlai: "Do you mean Shrek, the main character from the award winning 2001 movie?"
Robert: "wow... how did you know?"
Adlai: "just an Adlai moment"

When one randomly writes a fan-fiction about some random animated characters, generally seen in a Disney Pixar film. Sometimes gets extremely good marks in LA because of her fan-fiction skills and other times get low 80s. Also commonly get mistaken for a turkey.

church hurt

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.

Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
