Someone who you do not know all that well, but you already started off on bad terms with that person.

"Hey, so I heard you and the new kid are already enemies"
"Yeah, well not really, because I just met him. He is my acquainemy"

Someone you do not really know and do not like. A combination of acquaintance and enemy (similar to frenemy).

So my boyfriend totally cheated on me with this girl named Hillary. She is now officially my acquenemy.
