A person who uses urban dictionary to back up their arguments instead of w more legitimate source.

Dummy: "colonizer is a bad word" *sends urban dictionary screen shot*
Non-dummy: haha what A call-dwell!

Fool: "the urban dictionary definition of that term hurts my feelings."
Non-Fool: "lolyou're such A call-dwell, have you tried looking in an actual dictionary?"
