A Lord Stan is someone with either the name Alex or Stan. This person is generally quite large, in a good way, but likes to show everyone he is larger. A Lord Stan is one of the kings of the lads - he will use his resources to provide a rave cave, and will always be that one guy at the party who downs 2 bottles of Malibu.
