The 9 is used to refer to an arabic letter ق which sound doesn’t exist in the alphabet. The closest sound to it is the letter K so you can just say Kawad.

9owed/kowed is algerian word that means go but in a more vulgar way (telling someone to f*** off),

also can be used to say no just like f*** off.
in case you are a total stranger of the algerian language 9owed is a bad word, u may not know how to pronounce it cuz of the number nine in it well the closest sounding to that letter is the "K" so if you need to say it one day just say kowed.
