A Top Secret Army Military Occupational Specialty Code also known as The Army Combat Faggot. Unlike most "gay soldiers", a 99 Foxtrot is considered to be one of the most elite troops of the U.S. Military due to his chameleon-like ability to blend in seamlessly with his surrounding environment.
