Đầu cắt moi or Đầu moi used to refer to a kind of badass hairstyle which also has many other names like mullet, Kentucky Waterfall, Bouncing Cobra,... This phase is very popular among teenagers in Vietnam since it relate to many of these teenagers's idol Khá Bảnh whom also has the same hairstyle. Its often used like a compliment or to ridicule someone.

A: dude does that man has some kind of disfunctionality, his hairstyle look like dog shit.

Used by Vietnamese teenagers to indicate if a person's hair sucks. Can also be used to say someone is an idiot and a dickface. It originally came from a video call posted on Facebook, featuring two guys screaming profanities at each other's faces
