The #MEOWTOO movement was started 25 August 2023 when two feline sexually assault victims came forward on social media outing their attacker a Greek born American immigrant Tom Cat named Theo Epstein Weinstein Wallace. While living in Pithari Crete Greece Theo repeatedly harassed and assaulted the aforementioned pussy cats at their domicile while staying there prior to his departure from Greece to the USA.
