A person usually white (But black also possible) who will change their behavior depending of the majority of the groups race and mannerisms because he feels insecure being himself.
Flingers can be compared to Wiggers

Slinger in a group of white people: Hello how are you?
White people: Were pretty good thank you we are talking about adele's new album
Slinger in a group of white people: Oh i love adele!

Slinger in a group of black people: yo wassup my nigga's whats poppin
Slinger in a group of black people: we be talkin about that other nig who released a new album 'n shit

spincess

A woman who attends spin class in full makeup, with her hair and nails done, wearing top of the line gear but failing to put any effort into the class for fear of damaging her appearance. A Spincess will often take phone calls, or loudly talk to people around her about her "fascinating" life, distracting and angering other attendees. She will also have a membership, and attend 7 days a week to engage in this behavior.

That Spincess is here again, 20 bucks says her hair doesn't even move during class.
