Metal Atman

Metal Atman is a sci-fi theory created and developed by Matthew Donzelle Robinson: implanting at least the core of the initial human brain of an individual into an advance artificial human body that respectively resembles that individual's initial body if not identical. Keeping the brain categorizes them as human(cyborg), and because of their advance new body, they're super human.
Oscar: Isn't a Metal Atman the same as a cyborg?

Zel: Somewhat, but the only thing human a Metal Atman has is primarily their brain.

Mamba Mentality

The mentality which is embodied by NBA legend Kobe Bryant and has defined his career and accolades.

Kobe on the Mamba Mentality:
""If you see me in a fight with a bear, prey for the bear". Ive always loved that quote. Thats "mamba mentality" we don't quit, we don't cower, we don't run. We endure and conquer. Stop feeling sorry for yourself, find the silver lining and get to work with the same belief, same drive and same conviction as ever...Mamba Out."
"If you play Kobe one on one, make sure your scoreboard has the capability to read three digit numbers"
"If Kobe was being sought for tax evasion, pray for the IRS...that's Mamba mentality"
"If you see Kobe flying a plane through a thunderstorm, pray for mother nature"

lionel mentality

A model railroading expression generally used to describe unprototypical operations, extremely toy-like,a real far cry from reality.
I don't like his setup. I think he has lionel mentality.

melodic death metal

A subgenre of death metal which itself is a subgenre of metal.

Melodic death metal is basically all the aggression and brutality of death metal, but will include melodic riffs, guitar harmonies, sung vocals as well as scream/roar vocals (which are also more inteligable than standard death metal vocals) and slower solo's that aren't always pure shred among other defining points.

Quite possibly THE best genre of metal.
Melodic death metal? Try In Flames, Arch Enemy, At the Gates, Dark Tranquility and Soilwork man.

That's some gooooood shit.

Full Metal Panic

Full Metal

The state of mind or being in which a person has titanium-clad convictions, will stop at nothing to accomplish their goals, and absolutely lets nothing get in their way of progress. They may also have a strong urge to protect anyone and everyone they can. Someone who is considered Full Metal can also be classified as a badass and admirable person. However, they may display a hot headed nature over some very trivial things, usually over things they may be sensitive about.
He was a very shy and reserved kid growing up, but as he matured he became Full Metal, and now everyone he knows respects him.

Mentagrade

Mentagrade is the measurement of how mental something is.
In this context the word mental is synonymous with words such as 'extreme', 'insane' and 'off the hook'.
The unit of Mentagrade is simply expressed as M. Not to be confused with Moles, in Chemistry.

Something's absolute magnitude in Mentagrade is difficult to calculate, and especially when something particularly mental is happening, it is unlikely you have the right apparatus to hand; so the value of said phenomenon in Mentagrade is usually an intelligent estimate.
Mentagrade is a metric measurement, but the concept of zero is not so simple. 'Room temperature' is considered to be around 2.1M, to two significant figures; this value is calculated by obtaining a weighted average of different locations' mental magnitude; (considering anything particularly mental an anomaly and not including it in the average).
To understand the concept of zero M, we need to consider the idea of Mentagrade being dynamic; so we think of it as change in Mentagrade - or ΔM - In effect, we measure how much the Mentagrade has gone up/down by as a consequence of something happening.
If something extremely boring happens, then the value of ΔM is going to be negative. We need the concept of zero because if we are taking a non-dynamic snapshot of something's mental magnitude, we measure ΔM from zero, so we do not need to express it as ΔM, but rather as just M, as it does not have any concept of time - if we are measuring ΔM at a point, then we measure it from 'room temperature' (2M).

The scale of Mentagrade is continuous and infinite, but something has to be really significantly mental to score above 10M.
Examples of Mentagrade measurements:

Shouting out at least twelve synonyms of the word 'sex' in physics: 7.3M

Kicking a pigeon: 6.2M

In a football game, the losing team's fans from the start of the game to the end: ΔM=6.9M

Planning and discussing on burning Mr Thrower: 7M.

Actually burning Mr Thrower: 26.4M.

Getting half the world's population to change their shoelaces on Valentines day: 86M.

Miles: Woah, did you know that yesterday, en masse, the UK made 436123 tonnes of batter for pancake day?

David: Wowie! that fact has got to score at least 9.8M.
