An offensive term used to describe anyone who is very short for their age. Socially acceptable ways of saying this include dwarf, and LP (little person).

Hey, look at that midget.

(note, i do not condone calling a dwarf a midget. Calling them this makes it extremely likely for you to get your genitalia punched back up into your stomach)
