A sexual position involving two men where each simultaneously penetrates the asshole of the other man with their penis.
Similar to the 69 position, there is mutual stimulation between the two individuals. However, unlike the 69 position, where stimulation primarily derives from the partner's hands or insertion of the penis into the partner's mouth, stimulation in the Pisces Position is derived through anal penetration of the partner.
