Anxiety nap

When you tilt your head back in a social event, and pretend to just be chill, but inside you're dying because you said the wrong thing, don't know what to say, just regret your whole life, or other anxiety related things.

Alex: Hell yeah! This guy gets it. I wish everyone could stop being shy assholes, and just be chill like my guy over here.
Sam: Ha heh
John: What? He is shy, and you just said that to his face. You're the asshole!
Sam in his head: I'm taking an anxiety nap for a fucking reason John! You should have just let Alex go so I can get back to practicing how I should have laughed in my head. Now I have to find an excuse to be shy.
