For a woman to take less than an 30 minutes per store and buy more than 3 items in each one. Yes, it's possible.

You usually end up buying the best things during rush-shopping, because you don't have much time to think and look at everything, so you spot the cutest stuff and go for it.

I only had an hour in the mall before meeting up with my friends, so I rush-shopped at my two favorite stores.
