1. One who is "creepy", or does "creepy" things, such as follow you closely, stare, breathe loudly, and watch your every move.
2. Someone, usually a friend, who continually pokes their head into the frame just as you are taking a half-decent picture. How obnoxious.
3. Hugh Hefner is to hot women as creepers are to you.

Someone who Follows someone around, and/or calls them if they see or think they see them, may be involved in other activies as the person being creeped on such as School clubs, athletics, summer camp. Person may text/call person for no apparent reason.
