believe it or not, in the province of New Brunswick, shank does not mean stab in prison slang, it means to de-pant someone, or pants someone. imagine my surprise when i heard the soccer team was shanking all the freshmans. this is surprisingly a very widely used and understodd term

-(first person)"dude im gonna shank you in front of your girlf friend"

-(second person)"i swear to god if you do, im gonna shank you in the middle of a crowd."

black mob and shanka mob

First of all, the crips and bloodz was the big thing, now, it'll be black mob or shanka mob. huge thing at Anthony school.

Black Mob :
black mob is more popular, to shanka mob, they is considered fruity, but black mob has a very much larger crew than shanka mob, for the reasons that shanka mob is hard to get into.

Shanka Mob :
shanka mob is less popular, but more ghetto. They is all 100% hood and is always together in their crew.
To black mob, shanka mob is considered wanna-bes for the fact that there is so much less people in it than black mob.

The cool thing about black mob and shanka mob is they are also a crew all together in one, very confusin', but so crunk.

(metaphorically) when you take your home made stabbing implement, stuck it into someone's flesh and turned it in a clockwise/anticlockwise direction (your choice). Like when you make a harsh call and instead of saying 'ooo snap' you'd say "oh what a shank and turn".
