When you poop after eating a lot of roughage that didn't fully digest & the stools produce a scrape & scratch sensation as they pass through your sphincter.

I ate a kale salad quickly last night for dinner and maybe didn't chew it up enough because the healthy scratch I felt this morning looked like it was mostly caused by all the green in the bowl
