Snickers Diet 

A trendy diet by which an individual consumes nothing but one Snickers bar per day, then works a 15 hour retail shift. At the end of said shift the individual then goes home and crashes and repeats again until the desired amount of weight is lost. Said individual will lose mass amounts of weight prompting co-workers to ask if they are sick.

Billy Bob: Hey man you look sick; are you ok?

Zoran: Naw man I'm on this Snickers diet and I lost all this weight so it's cool brother!

Billy Bob: You look like Skeletor

Zoran: Alright man, coolio!!

road diet 

When a wide, high-speed road is redesigned to be more narrow, have slower traffic, and more space designated for bicycles, pedestrians, and plant material.

Did you hear? The city council approved the road diet for University Drive. They're going to take it down from 7 lanes to 4, reduce the speed limit, put a median down the center with trees, widen the sidewalks, and stripe bike lanes on both sides. It'll be so much better. I can't wait to see it finished!

Gitmo Diet 

Starving yourself as a protest. And estimated 540 detainees at Guantanimo Bay starved themselves in protest of the way they have been treated - but Donald Rumsefeld is rejecting the news, and calling what the prisinors are doing a "diet".

"(T)here are a number of people who go on a diet where they don't eat for a period and then go off of it at some point, and then they rotate and other people do that," said Rumsfeld.
