written by a guy named Neil Espasola. he's known by many aliases, mainly hahay akong protein and ilovejapanese. the backstory to this word is that on a random day when Neil and his friends were talking about the gym over CODM, his friend remembered how protein was made up of BCAAs, and he started calling Neil BCAA after the infamous "protein spill of '24" happened in which Neil was heavily involved.
