Catching/ having caught the holy ghost/ spirit is a euphemism usually said by African American Baptists for then one gets so wrapped up in church service they begin to dance and sing as if you were possessed by the holy ghost, as seen in the example below

Child: " mama, what's Ms. Florida doing over there?"
Ms. Florida: *dancing but with soul*
Mother: "well it loos like she done caught the holy ghost! Go, Ms. Florida! Praise the lord!

Someone's couch, usually a friend's or someone who has people over a lot, which always ends up being the location of sex at the end of the night for the wasted party-goers crashing at the party.

Couch Troll

A creature that comes and lives on your couch. They will steal internet, food and blankets. They will come and go as they please, but they're most likely to be found on your couch in the summer months.

Couch trolls commonly eat food that requires little to no cooking or preparation, and can be eaten with one hand. Couch trolls rarely leave the couch they are currently inhabiting, they only get up to gather food, when they have angry bladder syndrome, or to move to a new couch.

If you have a couch troll inhabiting your couch, let them be, for if you try to move them they may get irritated and remove your limbs from your body.

Person 1: 'Where have all our blankets gone?'
Person 2: 'Couch troll is back'

Person 1: 'Where has all our food gone?'
Person 2: 'Couch troll is back'

Person 1: 'Why is our internet so slow?'
Person 2: 'I told you already, couch troll is back!'

Couching Out

To repay a small amount of money borrowed from a friend years after it was initially promised to be paid back. Payment methods include, but are not limited to: coupons, change found in the couch cushions, excuses, making the friend drive 30 miles to collect $5 and a buy one get one Steak and Shake coupon, asking you for part of a payment back for rent because of a miscalculation, etc...
