A company that sells a shitty unfinished product instead of taking the necessary time and resources to make a good product. Examples include fen-phen, Simcity 2013, Battlefield 4, and most egregiously, DayZ and all its clones.

DayZ will never become a finished product because they're making all the money in pretail, so there's no real motive to get it done right.

EA has turned into a full-on pretailer by rushing games like Simcity and Battlefield 4 to release before game features actually work.

1.(adj)An adjective or adverb form of prep, used to describe someone who is preppy or a prep. Derived from fantastic, spastic and prep. Mostly used in circumstances when one changes from something at the opposite end of the social spectrum, perhaps goth or nerd has a total changeover. Can be used as a noun on occaision.

preptalk

Preptalk is the art of talking somewhat monosyllabically and in an exaggerated, deep, manly voice. It is usually used by people classified as "preps" to make fun of others. Some people who do not use preptalk on a regular basis make fun of the people by using it to insult them back. Users who use preptalk for insults may say the last name of the insultee before the insult. At first it is hard to understand, but after it is overused, it becomes much easier to comprehend. The use of preptalk makes the user look like an idiot and may be accompanied by grammar errors.
