A dance done by white people who cannot dance, usually with a wild flailing of the arms and ignoring the beat of the song.

Bernie: Man did you see whitey dance?
Cory: Yeah man he can't dance, he was just doing that J-Town Jitter.
Bernie: ...Boy needs some lessons.
Cory: ...You aint any better.
Bernie: Do something about it.

When a young,attractive girl, usually in Jr. High gets dirty for the first time with an incredibly hot boy.
