Somewhat akin to a navel gazer or pencil pusher, a clitbanger is someone who is excessively focused on/or of carrying out something of little importance.

Jeff: You see that return to office notice from Karen in HR?

Bill: Yeah, what a clitbanger! She must be super busy if that's taking up so much of her focus. She must have her tongue deep up the CEOs asshole!
