An extremely contagious disease that occurs when a man ignores his friends' phone calls and text messages because a vagina is within 3 feet of his penis.

Can also occur when a guy is in a relationship where the woman wears the pants, when the woman is in charge of the mans phone, or the man loses all desire to interact with anyone but the vagina that is within three feet of his penis.

In rare occassions, this epidemic can transfer to women that meet a cute guy with a super cute dog. In this case, it's called Penisilence.

Vagisium

Vagisium was discovered right after Penisium on Feburary 22, 2012. It is at its best when found in Lickstenstein. It is at it's largest when found at night on the streets of Las Vegas, Nevada. It is at it's smallest in Asia because there is no discovered Penisium there. When thoroughly mixed with Penisium, it will produce Babyisium. When Vagisium reaches about 50 years of age, it generally becomes unusable.

A mother and a father will mix Vagisium with Penisium to produce Babyisium, but if it's over used, it will become very large and it will have very little chance of produsing Babyisium.
