A form of personalism (like Francoism in Spain) which subverted the national populism that propelled said personality to power in the first place. It is a still-born version of populism modified to fit the agenda of the corrupt elite it threatened in the first place, utilizing incoherent hatred of Muslims and other low-haning fruit along with generational narcissism to solidfy its mental grip on those who remain in the pews.
