When you are involved with a chick that recalls certain things of the conversation but edits what was said to throw something in your face. Worse then paraphrasing. It was more commonly referred to as "psycho bitch" in the 90's until scientific advances were made in the origins of such behavior.

domestic selection

the process by which things are destroyed in the house if they are too weak or poorly designed. for example, if a carpet is destroyed by a vacuum cleaner or a container melts in the microwave. this weeds out the sick and weak household items that do not deserve to survive, allowing the better-constructed items to thrive.

the plate that melted in the dishwasher is just another victim of domestic selection, as it apparently did not deserve to survive.

Natural Selection

Natural selection occurs when having to select candidates from a plethora of curriculum vitae.

The cv's are discarded except 1. The rationale is; for this vacancy, we need a candidate who is lucky.

- There's the new guy we hired via the natural selection recruitment program.
- But he's worthless..
- I guess he just was lucky.

selection loop

This often uncontrollable disorder is the act of continuously and repetitiously highlighting random bits of computer-based text with a mouse and cursor while reading the text, causing a continually changing blue-box selection outline to appear over the inverted text.

While this act of visual obsessive compulsion is calming to the individual with mouse control, it can often be frustrating and debilitating to anyone observing the act or attempting to read the material on a shared computer screen.

This disorder can be troublesome when text is editable because text is often accidentally dragged into different areas unbeknownst to the suffering individual.

Nate had trouble reading the computer text over Greg's shoulder because he was deep into a selection loop.
