Similar to a dues ex machina and power creep, it's a contrivance that gets seen a lot in anime and superhero media where you have a super ridiculously overpowered character who can pretty much destroy hordes of baddies and/or the main antagonist in one go if it came down to it, with nothing that can really put said character in any danger. Therefor it doesn't give other supporting characters much of a chance to shine and overcome any obstacles they personally face since it's done on easy mode just for having this overpowered character with them. Typically creates a lot of plot holes and make any stakes meaningless in the story if handled poorly.
How to solve a Superman problem? Write the character out for some reason in any given situation, or go complete DBZ and keep introducing a baddie who happens to be more powerful than the last baddie before him.
